Programs

Kindergarten through 4th Grade After School Programs:                                                                                                                                Every day after school, Club Members in Kindergarten through 4th grades can attend our fun after school programs at the Main Clubhouse!  Boys & Girls Club Staff go over to Ordway every afternoon, meet Club Members there, and escort them over to the Club.  Both Blakely and Wilkes elementary schools have buses that stop in front of Ordway later in the afternoon, and we meet those kids there and bring them over as well.  Kids have an opportunity to join in group activities, play in the games room, or earn Power Bucks during Power Hour.  There is a monthly fee of $30 for this program, as well as a "punch card" option ($45 for 20 after school visits to the Club).                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Read more about K-4 After School Programs...

Sakai After School Program:                                                                                                                                                                                       We have an exciting after school program for all of our Club Members in 5th and 6th grades.  Boys & Girls Club staff offer Torch Club, SMART Moves, Culinary Adventures, Image Makers Digital Photography, and Project Learn...  On Tuesdays, we are proud to continue our partnership with the Boy Scouts of America with "Scout Reach Adventures."  All Club Members in 5th and 6th grades (and potential Club Members) need to complete and return a registration packet.  There is a a session fee of $75 for each session in this program.  Registration materials are available in the office at Sakai, and also at our Main Clubhouse.                                                          Click here for more Sakai Program details...

Woodward After School Program:                                                                                                                                                                            This year, we've added an after-school program for our Club Members in 7th and 8th grades.  These Club Members meet at Sakai Intermediate School and must register for the program for each session they will attend.  On Fridays, all Club Members are welcomed at the Main Clubhouse for tournaments, games and a movie!  There is a fee of $75 per session for this program.  Registration materials are available at the Main Clubhouse.

Early Release Half Day Programs:                                                                                                                                                                                On days when Bainbridge Island public schools release students early, the Clubhouse opens at 10:30am for all the regular fun after school activities, plus additional scheduled programming.  Pre-registration and pre-payment of the additional daily fee ($15) is required.  Members need to bring a lunch with them to the Club and plan on having lots of extra fun!

Non-Contract and Holiday Day Camps:                                                                                                                                                                    Field trips, arts and crafts, swimming, group games, team sports and lots of fun are offered!  The Club opens at 7:30 am and closes and 6:30pm on each of these days, with our core activity hours from 9 to 4.  Club Members attending will need to bring along a lunch and two snacks every day.  Pre-registration and pre-payment of the daily fee ($25 per day) are required for each of these days.

Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Day Camps:                                                                                                                                      We open on each of these days at 7:30am and close at the regular time (6:30pm).  Club Members attending on these days need to bring along a lunch, two snacks, and dress for the weather!  We offer full day camps for each of our age groups (K-4 and 5th grades up)  All full day camps require pre-registration.
